At present there is no Press Law in Brunei Darussalam . However the Print media is covered under the Newspaper Act Chapter 105 and the undesirable Publication Act Chapter 25 of the Laws of Brunei

The Broadcasting Act which was introduced in 1997 covered all aspect of Broadcasting.
