The National Secretariat of the ASEAN Committee on Culture and Information (COCI) in Brunei Darussalam is being administered by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, and headed by its special duties officer - Dato Paduka Haji Mahmud bin Haji Bakyr. He leads a small team of senior officials from various government agencies in culture and information to carry out projects of ASEAN-COCI at the national level.

The committee meets regularly at the premises of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports at Simpang 336-17, Jalan Kebangsaan BA1210, Brunei Darussalam.
